THE NATURAL FACELIFT

CLINICARE GLOW PEEL FACIAL

The chemical peel is one of the oldest procedures in the world. This AHA peel is a superficial glycolic acid peel, effective in treating hyper pigmentation, age spots, sun damaged and dull tired skin.  This treatmemt is incredible for brightening an aging skin.  (60 mins) - £65

THAI FOOT AND LOWER LEG MASSAGE

Originating about 2000 years ago, Thai foot massage has elements of Shiatsu, Reflexology, Chinese massage and Yoga. All parts of the foot and lower legs are included and the massage involves hands-on stretching, massage, stimulating reflex points and following the Thai energy lines ‘sen’. It includes the use of a traditional Thai massage bamboo stick as well as using the palms, fingers, thumbs and knuckles to work the feet. The techniques of Thai Foot Massage are great for tired feet, improving circulation and lymph movement in the feet and lower legs, and improving flexibility. (60 mins) - £55
